Founder & Director

Mary Stevenson is the Director of HR Business Essentials, a company she founded in 2008 to provide greater support to the small to medium business sector in regional Australia. Mary is passionate about working with business owner’s, organisations and managers to plan, resource and implement effective people management strategies that link employees and their activities in the workplace into the organisation’s strategy.

With an extensive background in managing teams and coaching managers in areas including operations, sales, logistics, engineering, mining, purchasing, marketing, IT and finance and with a strong background in human resource management, Mary has worked with business owners and managers helping them to identify solutions to their people and performance challenges.
